All digital patterns are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.   All sales for digital patterns are final. 

I want you to be totally happy with your purchase.   In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or are having difficulties downloading the pattern, please get in touch via lisa@wildeyeembroidery.com within 14 days of your purchase.
